Clive & Stokes International is a long established brand name that combines experience with a modern attitude to executive search.  Everything we do is tailored around the client. 

We have seven experienced consultants supported by an in-house research capability. We work for a wide range of local and international clients including UK listed businesses – FTSE 100 and 250 companies as well as those listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) – US multinational corporations, large private businesses (including those that are private equity backed), professional firms and professional organizations.

We apply specialised knowledge and experience in helping our clients find the right people wherever they are needed around the world.  We develop close, long term relationships with clients and candidates and we deliver in a timely fashion.  Comprehensive and thorough research is the bedrock of our service.

A strong working relationship is the key to getting the best for our client companies. We pride ourselves in creating a one-on-one relationship with our client for the lead consultant who will work directly on each search and manage the complete process. The lead consultant is the main point of contact at all times and will be closely involved with the whole assignment. We do not delegate work to junior consultants.

Much of the work we undertake has an international flavour, with clients, assignments and candidates all based overseas: this work is all managed and run from our London office. By way of example we have recently run assignments for positions based in Russia, Uganda, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Germany, Spain, Romania, Norway, Egypt, South Africa, the USA, Canada, Singapore and the UK. The candidates come from even further afield and we work closely with all parties in arranging the packages and relocation issues.
