The team

Our greatest asset is our people. All of them are professionals who share our values with wide-ranging experience, contacts and qualifications.

The brief

We begin with a consultation in which we take a full brief, followed by the preparation of detailed position profiles. These are developed and written to portray the real essence of each position in a form that is easy to understand.

Research and analysis

We research target sectors and then identify potential candidates using our well established processes and extensive database. We begin every assignment afresh to ensure we bring our client the candidate most suited to the role, the client company's business and its cultural environment.

Cultural fit

A key aspect of our service is to identify potential candidates who will not only have the knowledge and experience needed but who will also fit within the corporate culture of the client. We examine the values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviours of both our client and the candidates to ensure compatibility.

Candidate contact

Candidates are directly approached. For many senior executives, highly committed to their present role and often travelling, a direct but discreet approach may be the only way to alert them to an interesting and attractive opportunity. We then create a list of possible people which we discuss with our client.

Interview and evaluation

Within four weeks we will interview, evaluate, select and present a shortlist of candidates.

Selecting the candidate

We assist our clients throughout the final selection process, including extensive reference checking and negotiation over contract terms. We also stay in touch with candidates after appointment to help the process of successful integration.
