Andrew has over eleven years experience in executive search, with particular expertise in handling assignments in the energy (oil and gas) and professional services sectors.
In the energy sector, Andrew’s particular niche areas of focus have been in the oil refining, LNG/GTL and small to mid cap upstream segments. In professional services, he has extensive experience of handling partner level assignments for "Big Four" accounting firms and has also acted for both strategy consultancies and techno economic consulting firms focused on the oil and gas sector.
He typically acts for clients who require a global executive search in order to attract as broad a pool of candidates as possible and has a particularly strong track record of delivering on senior and board level mandates for clients operating in emerging markets, especially in Russia/CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and South East Asia.
Prior to his career in search, Andrew held consulting and marketing roles in Eastern Europe during the early to mid 1990s. He holds a BA in Russian Studies and speaks fluent Russian.
