Simon Pratt has been in top-level executive search for over 30 years latterly specialising in construction, infrastructure, consumer/retail and manufacturing. He is also a founder member of acumen7 a consultative group of senior business leaders who can provide seasoned technical support and specific industry knowledge to add value to the search process.
For 12 years he was a Partner with GKR (now merged with Whitehead Mann). Previously he set up the UK search business for A T Kearney which he ran for ten years. Earlier in his career he was based in the Netherlands for five years where he established and successfully managed a search business on behalf of a US company. Prior to his entry into search he worked for Lucas Industries and Ferranti.
He was educated at Dover College and Birmingham College of Commerce.
