Mark has a 25 year track record in executive search within the human resources function across most business sectors. He has also worked in other functional areas such as marketing, sales and procurement. He has specialised in senior level executive search since 2000 and has managed over 1,000 assignments during his consulting career.
He has developed a culture-matching model specific to highly transferable functional skills, such as in human resources, which adds value to his assignments from both the client and candidate points of view and minimises the risk of mismatched appointments by as much as 75%.
He has a degree in Behavioural Psychology with an early career in corporate human resources management. He helped build Courtenay and Macmillan Davies Hodes, both of which were amongst the most successful human resources recruitment businesses of their time.
